When will I receive my order?

Domestic orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 business days. Most international orders take 5 - 10 business days to arrive but might take as many as 3 - 4 weeks for further destinations. I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 days of your purchase, this can be longer during times of extreme volume. If you don't have it, it's possible that it got sent to your spam folder. Domestic and International emails will come from our L2SNyc@yahoo.com address.

Can I exchange an item I bought online?

We always allow size exchanges (while supplies last) as well as exchanges on damaged or defective goods. Exchanges must be claimed 7 days after you have received your order. Items must be in the same condition it was originally sent. Please contact L2SNyc@yahoo.com for further instructions.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed.
